We are seeking an engaging In Room Dining Telephone Sales Agent to take in room dining orders in a timely and accurate manner. This person is key in organizing in room dining orders, including special requests, relaying them to the appropriate individuals for preparation and ensuring that everyone on the team is aware of the specifics of each order.

Requirements

This position requires a minimum of one year of room service experience, preferably in a luxury hotel setting. Solid telephone skills to effectively take guest requests and answer questions are essential for creating the ultimate guest experience. Must be proficient with math calculations. Familiarity with hotel and or food and beverage software systems is a plus.

In accordance with applicable law, El Encanto requires all new hires to be vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine.
